Rental properties are a great way to build wealth. Almost all of the wealthiest people in whe world own some kind of Investment rental properties, whether commercial or residential. Here are some suggestions for renting an investment property:

To find a good tenant, these are some things to look for. The tenants should
  • Have two good references from two previous landlords
  • Have at least three times their rent as disposable imcome
  • Pass a credit check and criminal background check
  • Be honest and Pleasant
  • Have available credit of some sort
  • Have stayed in previous rentals at least 1 year
  • Pay the full deposit.
